About Me

I'm pleased to offer you Hypnotherapy and other specialised approaches to help you overcome your personal and professional challenges. Whether you're from Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, or anywhere else in the UK or worldwide, I work with clients both in-person and online.

Over the past two decades, I've used hypnotherapy to effectively assist others in resolving personal issues and achieve their desired objectives. In addition to my formal qualifications in Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy, I also am qualified in Coaching, Stress Management, EFT, NLP, and specialist skills training for working with individuals experiencing difficulties resulting from adverse childhood experiences, childhood abuse and/or trauma.

As the Principal of MindWorks (Hypnotherapy and Professional Development training school) for over 15 years, I enjoy promoting personal development and emphasising the therapeutic benefits of hypnosis.

I'm also a Fellow of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP) and hold the Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practise (SQHP) from the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, which requires me to adhere to a strict code of ethics.
